Shipping Coverage

We currently ship exclusively within mainland Spain (and the Balearic Islands, if applicable). We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or internationally. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is prepared, it will be handed over to the courier service.

Shipping Times and Costs

Standard Shipping:

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days after the order is processed.
    If an express shipping option is available, its cost and delivery time will be clearly stated before purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to check your order’s status at any time.

Shipping Issues

If there are any delays or issues with delivery, we will do our best to keep you informed. While we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit, we will work with you and the courier company to resolve the problem as effectively as possible.
