Returns and Refund Policy (Skull Hearts)

Return Period

At Skull Hearts, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of order receipt. This policy exceeds the 14-day minimum required by European regulations, giving you greater peace of mind and flexibility.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, with their original tags, and in perfect condition with their original packaging.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items that, for hygiene or health reasons, are unsuitable for return once opened (e.g., earrings or certain intimate items, if offered in the future). These products will be clearly indicated in their descriptions.
  • Gift cards, downloadable digital products, or any other non-returnable goods specified in the product listing are not eligible for returns.

Return Costs

  • The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We offer a return label at a fixed cost of €5 to simplify the process. If you choose this option, the amount will be deducted from the total refund.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, especially for items valued over €75, to ensure their safe return.

Return Request Process

  1. Contact us at skullheartsclothes@gmail.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. You will receive instructions and, if desired, a return label to take the package to Correos or another authorized courier service.
  3. Send the product to:

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original order within 7-14 business days.
  • Please note that banking institutions may take additional days to reflect the refund.

Partial Refunds and Exceptions

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, shows damage, or is missing parts for reasons not attributable to Skull Hearts, a partial refund may be issued.
  • Returns requested beyond the 30-day return period will not be processed.

Exchanges and Defective Products

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at skullheartsclothes@gmail.com.
  • If the item was purchased as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the item’s value once the return is approved.
